Bringing Bourbon Street to Houston One Daiquiris at a Time!

Bringing Bourbon Street to Houston One Daiquiris at a Time!

Located @ 8620 Grand Mission blvd in Richmond Texas Burbon Street Daiquiris most definiately delivers on there slogan, “Taste of Home”, and it does not start and stop at the Daqs! Eventhough the heavy handed frozen beverages are well worth the trip, there’s also the food! They have it all, red beans & rice, gumbo, pasta, boiled seafood “the right way” (I know ya’ll been seeing these crazy a*# videos) ,and oh the po’boys! Long story short, the food is consistently good, the drinks are always strong, and they’re good people!  Pass through for lunch or dinner and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

PSA: A po’ boy is a traditional sandwich from Louisiana. It is not a sub, club, wrap, or none of that other stuff we’ve been seeing around town with similar ingredients to the original. Regardless of the meat of choice, which is usually somewhere between sloppy roast beef (gravy is a must) or fried seafood’s likes shrimp, crawfish, oysters or crab, the most important part is the bread. (Everybody from the city knows Leidenheimer’s is the perfect bread for the job, known for its crisp crust and fluffy center.
